WeTransfer (ft. Jungle)
Think It. Make It. Move It.

2023

We loved working on this innovative new campaign with WeTransfer, featuring iconic British electronic duo Jungle, as part of the launch of their fourth studio album, titled Volcano.

"Think It. Make It. Move It.", the title of the global brand campaign, aims to introduce more users to what WeTransfer provides as a platform, especially as a tool so widely utilized and loved by creative professionals working in the creative industry for the last decade. WeTransfer’s first campaign to be entirely concepted by their in-house creative studio, the campaign is sort of a representation of making your dreams reality— calling for all creators everywhere to collaborate, share their files with others, and manifest their ideas into action, no matter how big or small.

Produced in-house at Whale, we integrated with WeTransfer to push this extremely dynamic campaign out into the world, with campaign production in London earlier this year headlined by photographer Sophie Green and DOP Rik Burnell. In March 2023, the campaign launched above the line in key cities in the United States, and digtially across the world. With work appearing in paid socials, broadcast, cinema, OOH, and a curated image library to sustain the campaign as it built towards its peak at the end of July.

The culmination of the campaign was the release of a larger-than-life immersive interactive music video for ‘Back on 74’, Jungle’s single foreshadowing its August album release. Produced in partnership with our friends at Nexus Studios, this experience is literally groundbreaking within the world of music video, functioning as an interactive, engaging art gallery, encouraging fans to download exclusive artwork as part of their viewing process. After selecting an artwork they like, the piece is instantly replaced by a blank canvas, and gets transferred into a dropdown box ready for download. Every view of the video curates six completely different artworks each time, all pulled from a vast collection of over 10,000 unique pieces by Jungle’s J. Lloyd.

Aiming to cater to individual viewer interaction, Back on 74 generates a personalized viewing experience for every person. Jungle fans also have a chance to win one of the 100 plus tickets to a Jungle concert for free, as part of their 2023 headline US and European tour happening this fall.
