In collaboration with Cloud Factory and Unit9, Whale led the production of J&J’s 360 recruitment campaign, launching at SXSW.


As we emerged from the pandemic, professionals were reevaluating their careers and in search for more purposeful and meaningful roles. J&J launched a platform to attract digital and tech talent to fulfill roles across their innovation projects. From data scientists working on early Alzeimers detection, to engineers developing robots for surgery and drones delivering medication to remote villages in Africa. Together with Unit9’s digital experts we designed, developed and launched allsci-nofi.com, an immersive and interactive platform housing the content of the campaign and J&J’s priority innovations projects.


We developed a suite of campaign assets to launch and populate the new platform and drive traffic to the site. The films were produced with Director Cole Paviour from U9 and the VFX team at ELMNTL. We developed illustrated animations for a series of posters, banners and the innovations with visual artists Wove and 3D designer Nick Fatouris.
